How do I get started?
Sign up for free — no credit card needed. Once you're in, the setup guide walks you through adding your first clients, setting up your team, and turning on compliance reminders. Most firms are fully up and running within a day.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. PracticeFlow360 lets you upload a CSV file with your existing clients. The guided import wizard maps your columns to our fields and flags anything that needs attention before anything is saved.
Do my team members get their own logins?
Absolutely. Each team member gets a separate login with a role you choose — Partner, Manager, or Staff. Role-based permissions mean every person only sees and does what they should.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access to every feature — no credit card required to start. Add your clients, set up your team, and run your real work. When the trial ends, pick a plan to continue, and your data carries over exactly as you left it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your data stays safely exportable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our payment gateway. All transactions are in INR and invoices are GST-compliant.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers located in India, so it never leaves the country. We are fully aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Who can see my clients' data?
Only you and the team members you grant access to. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Our staff can only access data for support purposes and only with your explicit permission.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You own your data and can export it at any time — clients, documents, time entries, and reports are all exportable in standard formats (CSV, PDF). No need to raise a support ticket.
Does it cover GST, ITR, TDS, and ROC due dates?
Yes — the compliance calendar comes pre-loaded with all major Indian statutory deadlines: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, Income Tax returns and advance tax, TDS returns, ROC filings, PF and ESI. You can also add custom deadlines for any client.
Can clients upload documents themselves?
Yes. Each client gets a secure portal link where they can upload documents directly — bank statements, invoices, whatever you need. Files land straight in their vault and you get notified instantly.
Can I track time and see engagement reports?
Yes. Log time against any client or task, then see clear reports across every engagement and team member's workload.
