Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Free trial
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel your subscription at any point during the trial, you will not be charged and your account will close at the end of the trial window — no questions asked.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access continues until the last day of the current billing month. We do not issue partial-month refunds — you keep full access for the period you have already paid for.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days of purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused complete months remaining on your subscription. For example, if you cancel after 5 weeks, you will receive a refund for the 10 complete months you did not use.
After the initial 30-day window, cancellations on annual plans are not eligible for a refund. Your access will continue until the end of your annual term, after which the subscription will not renew.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@practiceflow360.com from the email address registered to your account. Include your firm name and the reason for your request. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
Exceptions
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- One-time onboarding or setup fees.
- Add-on features or modules purchased separately from the base plan.
- Charges from third-party services accessed through PracticeFlow 360 (such as SMS delivery or e-signature providers).
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
If you have an unusual circumstance not covered above, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
