Refund Policy

PracticeFlow 360 includes a 14-day no-card trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your firm switches to read-only mode. Firm data is retained, and billing, account management and data export remain available.

You may cancel from billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not issue partial-month refunds, and your data is not deleted when a subscription is cancelled.

If you cancel within 30 days of the original annual purchase, you may request a refund for unused complete months remaining in that annual term. A month that has already started is treated as used.

After the initial 30-day window, cancellation remains effective at the end of the annual term and is not eligible for a partial refund.

Enterprise cancellation, renewal and refund terms are governed by the signed contract.

Email taxoneadvisory@gmail.com from the account owner's registered email address. Include the firm name, subscription reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank or card-network processing time may vary.

• Used complete or partial billing months.
• Storage capacity already used during the billed period.
• One-time onboarding, migration or professional-service fees.
• Third-party pass-through charges already incurred.
• Accounts terminated for a material breach of the Terms of Service.
